Yeah, Primetime Adventures, Agon and Burning Wheel are really just D&D copycat designs. Dungeons & Dragons Online, though, now that is important. </sarcasm>

Maybe Gygax' personality and ideas didn't quite jibe with everyone, but he was definitely a game designer who worked out of the love for the game.

Hi folks,

I think Gary Gygax presents a number of great discussion topics for the Forge, but let's have it in Publishing or Actual Play with suitable thread topics. Maybe individual publisher forums, too, if their moderators want (I was lucky about this, recently). There are a lot of other internet venues available for casual or personal commentary.
