I threw this together for my players, might help some of the questions.  Let me know if anything is wrong with it:

That's pretty impressive.
I daren't show it my potential players, because they'll think the system is a lot more complex than it is (a problem i've often found with detailed listing of play procedures), but I think it'll be an invaluable guide for me when handling multi-player conflicts.
