Has profile information been disabled?  I was trying to add my avatar, but the system wont let me.  I clicked Profile - and there isnt a link on the left nav bar.

Avatars are disabled at the Forge, yes.

I've disabled signatures for users with fewer than 3 posts. When a spambot signs up, it posts nonsense in order to give the links in its sig exposure, as I understand it. I don't know whether denying spambots sigs makes any difference, but it gives me some satisfaction.

Anyway, after you've made a couple more posts, try editing your profile then, and let me know if you still can't.

If i want to add a personal(and self-made) icon to my Infobox, how do i do this?

I can  not edit signature and profile.
Anybody know,Could you show me the way to edit signature and upload photo?

No icons, no photos, no avatars at the Forge.

As an anti-spam measure, applying to everybody: you have to make 3 posts before you can send private messages or edit your sig.
