Forge bookshelf - who do I contact?

I have a problem with the forge bookshelf, and tried sending an email to webmaster@indie-rpgs.com - but could a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)"

What is the correct error?
Also, I think having an admin contact link within a users bookshelf page would be a really good idea.
