Printable Card Templates?

I'm looking to print some custom cards for a game, probably on business card stock perforated paper.
I could make my own, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel.

Are there any popular templates out there?

If that's the best there is, I can modify them to make cards that meet my needs, but I'm hoping for something with pre-designed card backs, and maybe a format with placed text boxes.

That's probably too much to hope for.
