Group Gathering

Hello,
I am starting an online game development group. I am searching for member's. We are going to create an multiplayer space ship game for group practice. Can not give more detail about the game for the moment. We will be developing for the windows platform only. Later we will move onto a bigger project that I have planned. The plans are, that the space ship game will be free but the "bigger project" will be sold for a small price. You will not get paid for the first project if we do not sell it. If we ever get to the second project, sell it, and make money out of it then you will be getting your paycheck guaranteed, but for now lets focus on getting the group together. This project also works as a great resume for you in a future job. This would be a learning expierience for all of us.

I will be working in the programmer's field with about 6 year's of experience.

Requirement's:
-Passion for games
-3 year's of experience in your field
-Windows, Vista or 7
-Ability to communicate in the english language
-Plus the abilities specified below concerning your field

Game Artist
-2D and/or 3D
-Scripting (Bonus)

Level Designer
-Lua (Bonus)

Programmer
-C++
-DirectX 10
-Networking (Bonus)
-Lua (Bonus)

Web Developer
-HTML
-PHP
-Java (Bonus)
