Dogs wiki collecting nuance and "official rulings"?

Is there a wiki that collects many of Vincent's advice/rulings from here, as well as (ideally) much of the user advice from here?  I ask because last night I was searching for what turned out ot be some ancient advice on these boards, not easy to find, on assigning and using Relaitonships.  If collected into a wiki, would be great.  In a perfect world I'd set one up but I'm not committing to that yet, but I could at least easily upload I think some salient bits if one exists.  And who knows, maybe I'd be motivated to set one up, though who knows if I'd get around to it to be honest, so don't want to raise expectations.
